1. Eye Emphasis
Because many people are still wearing masks out of precaution, you might see an emphasis on the eyes this summer. Eyeshadows will be bright, playful and perhaps downright elaborate. Light pastel colors, which evoke a spirit of lightheartedness and playfulness, are a big theme. Black eyeliner is taking a back seat and colored eyeliner is reemerging.
