1. Resolve to be body positive instead of resolving to lose weight.
Weight loss is so last year. The first step in any health journey is loving who you are, inside and out and this is the year to be kinder to yourself. Remember that you have value no matter what your clothing size is. Mental health is health, too. Appreciate the things your body can do, like dance or swim, and thank it for being so strong. You’ll be amazed at how good it will make you feel.
