    TORTILLA STACKED WITH MANGO & JALAPENO PEPPERONI

    Servings: 6 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes
    INGREDIENTS
    • 30 round tortilla chips
    • ¾ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
    • 30 slices HORMEL® Jalapeno Pepperoni
    • ½ mango, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces
    • Chamoy hot sauce, as desired
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Heat oven to 375°F.
    2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil.Arrange chips on prepared sheet. Top each with cheese and pepperoni slice.
    3. Bake 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped.
    4. Top each with mango piece and a drizzle of chamoy sauce.
