In honor of the 14th anniversary of the last episode of “Friends” (I know -- take a moment for yourself), you can now find Rachel’s infamous meat trifle on the streets of London. Like, legitimately on a menu. For sale and consumption.
Deliveroo, an English food delivery service, will feature what they’re calling the “Meat & Sweet Trifle” at their pop-up restaurant for a limited time. Made with ladyfingers, jam, custard, raspberries, bananas and a mixture of beef, peas and onions, the trifle will be pretty true to canon.
The restaurant is even serving up a vegetarian version of the trifle with mince tofu.
And the name of the pop-up should tickle you as well: Regina Phalange.
They’re really taking this one the mile.
Luckily the concoction will only cost those audacious enough to try a scoop a tasteful £6. Though I’m not sure anything could convince me to try it.
