1. Ritz Carlton Luminara
This is not the first boat under the Ritz Carlton umbrella
as it joins the Evrima and the Ilma, launched in 2024. These vessels are rather small, more
like mega yachts than a full-sized cruise ship, holding between 298 and 452
guests and at almost 800 feet in length. Launching last summer, Luminara
will be sailing to the Mediterranean including the Greek Isles as well as the French
and Italian Rivieras. The décor of Luminara is modern and its 226 staterooms
have private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and suite ambassadors (AKA butlers.) Dining is next level on a Ritz ship as Evrima has a Euopean-inspired tasting
menu designed from a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Luminara has five
dining venues, including an Italian-themed restaurant. Aboard are 700 pieces of
art from the likes of Matisse and Warhol.
