1. Dress
The linen dress is the ultimate set-it-and-forget-it outfit. Throw it on, add sandals and strut out the door like you didn't just spend 10 minutes looking for your keys. Silhouettes with square necklines and structured shoulders are having a serious moment right now, so this isn't your shapeless beach cover-up situation anymore.
2. Halter Top
Unlike its last big run in the 90s, when it was paired exclusively with low-rise jeans and a flip phone, this version of the halter top has a more grown-up vibe. This summer's linen palette is leaning into warm neutrals and soft, understated tones rather than anything loud or overly structured.
3. Pant Set
A matching linen set is the closest thing fashion has to a cheat code and looks way more sophisticated than a matching sweatpant set. Linen-blend co-ords are everywhere this season, so whether you're melting in Miami or still wearing a jacket in June, there's a blend out there with your name on it.
4. Relaxed Button Down Shirt
Clean lines and minimal details are the move this season, letting the fabric and the cut do all the talking. Wear it fully unbuttoned over a swimsuit at the beach, half-tucked into trousers for a rooftop happy hour or knotted at the waist because you saw someone do it on the street and it looked incredible.
5. Jumpsuit
The linen jumpsuit has the same one-and-done energy as the linen dress but with the added bonus of never having to worry about a gust of wind making a scene. Warm, earthy tones and muted pastels are the smart move this summer. The only downside is that restroom trips now require a full commitment and possibly a spotter.
6. Wide-Leg Pants
Wide-leg linen pants are proof that the most comfortable thing you own can also be the most stylish thing you own. Pairing the flowing wide-leg silhouette with a fitted tank, a tucked-in halter or a snug button-down
keeps the proportions in check and the outfit on point.
7. Shorts
Linen shorts are the answer to every morning you've stood in front of your closet sweating before you've even gotten dressed. They hit that rare sweet spot that works at a Sunday farmer's market and somewhere that has a wine list. Keep the fit tailored rather than baggy and cuff them once to make the whole outfit click.
8. Drawstring Maxi Skirt
One pull of the maxi skirt waistband fits every body type and is perfect for the summer barbecue you have no intention of pacing yourself at. Pair it with a tucked-in tunic or a simple tank and the hardest decision you’ll have to make is which pair of sandals to grab.
9. Tunic
If the word tunic gives you flashbacks to a plaid uniform and sensible shoes, don't worry, this is not that. Layer it over leggings, tuck it into wide-leg pants or wear it on its own with sandals and a rockin' pair of sunglasses. This tunic is relaxed without being sloppy, and is absolutely nothing like what Sister Margaret made you wear in fourth grade.
