Where were you when you saw the first photos of Meryl Streep back in her Miranda Priestly best on the set of "The Devil Wears Prada 2"? Suffice to say that the behind-the-scenes photos are really doing it for us.
The follow-up to the 2006 cult classic film starring Streep, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt is officially in production, and whether it's Monse dresses or vintage Jean Paul Gaultier suits, we already know this sequel is going to slap. Frankly, it's an installment we didn't quite need, but the entire original cast (yes, including our fave Stanley Tucci!!!) is returning — you know how that thrills us.
But didn't you know that "The Devil Wears Prada" was a book first, with a published sequel itself? Author Lauren Weisberger penned the novel in 2003, and supplemented it with "Revenge Wears Prada" in 2013. Plus, she's got a handful of standalone stories out there and has also written a whole lore about the character of Emily (played by Blunt in the films), seeing her off to the suburbs to go toe-to-toe with soccer moms instead of fashion execs.
If you're chomping at the bit for more Anna Wintour-inspired content, or simply enjoy the "rich people behaving badly" trope, Weisberger's your girl. Here are the eight books of hers you can dive into right now that, if spaced out correctly, can take you right through to premiere date (May 1, BTW).

Read it here!
7. "The Singles Game"
