These potatoes take that theory and go one step further by baking potatoes right in a pan of grated parmesan cheese. Cottage cheese has killer protein in it, but it’s also delicious and creamy. TikTok is finding so many uses for it, but this dessert is one of the best. Puree the cheese, fruit and honey, then freeze for a scoop of magic. It's not ice cream but maybe something better.
TikTok is calling this Brazilian lemonade but, as you can see, those are limes. It’s still a delicious drink, though, when the whole citrus fruit is blended with sweetener and condensed milk and then strained and poured over ice. Is this the drink of the summer?

The salad is silly simple, but it’s the combination of the texture and dressing that keep creators coming back for more. You can make a whole meal out of this if you mix in some whole grain and top with your favorite protein.
