Siriwathi, a Sri Lankan American taxi driver in New
York, is feeling stuck in her life, with only true crime podcasts to keep her
engaged instead of the legal career she thought she’d have. After her passenger
drops dead, she must call fellow Sri Lankan and public defender Amaya before she’s
framed for murder. Though she and Amaya just met in her cab a few hours ago,
the two are soon racing through New York in search of the real killer.
