1. Sausage and Veggies
Aldi offers several different sausage options, so choose your favorite (hello, Apple Chicken Sausage!) and bake it on a sheet tray with whatever veggies are on hand — Brussels sprouts, onions, peppers and mushrooms are great options here — for an easy, one-pan dinner. Aldi even has frozen veggie mixes, available for about $1 to $2 per bag, to make this meal even easier.

Pair it with one of the store’s delicious sauces (like this affordable roasted garlic option or the kale pesto, or take your meal up a notch with the Mussels in Tomato Garlic Sauce.
3. Pork and Pierogi
Comfort food, coming right up. Aldi has affordable pork tenderloins for under $5, so pair the Peppercorn Marinated Pork Tenderloin with some of the Potato & Cheddar Pierogi. Add a few of your favorite veggies or a small salad on the side, and add baked apples or applesauce to complement the pork.
4. Carnitas
Make burrito bowls, tacos or quesadillas with the budget-friendly, delicious, and easy-to-make Carnitas Seasoned Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast, which costs around $5 per pack. Cook low and slow in the oven or in a slow cooker, and pair with onions, peppers, cilantro and plenty of cheese. You can pick up a pack of corn tortillas at Aldi for under $1 to round out the meal.
5. Chicken (or Tofu) Pot Pie
Grab the refrigerated pie crusts (which come in a pack of two for about $2), then cook and shred chicken (or buy the pre-shredded option). Place one crust in a deep-dish pie pan, add the chicken, a frozen veggie blend and cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, then top with the other pie crust (don’t forget to vent it!). Not a meat-eater? Swap the chicken for tofu or even beans for a hearty, vegetarian meal.
6. Flatbread Pizza
While Aldi has plenty of fan-favorite, ready-to-bake pizzas, it also has many options if you want to prep your own pizzas with all your favorite ingredients. Start with the artisan flatbread, then add olive oil, pizza sauce, or one of Aldi’s pestos (including the kale pesto, the Alla Genovese Pesto Sauce and the Rosso Pesto Sauce). Top with cheese and any other toppings (Aldi has plenty of cured meats, veggies and fresh herbs to add to your pizza masterpiece!).
