But when grumpy bloodsuckers like Katherine Pierce and Klaus Mikaelson show up, the deal gets a little wonky. Our hot-guy vampires need the doctors’ help covering up all the “animal attacks” happening, but Meredith and Derek are too busy getting it on in an on-call room. It’s unclear if the show would be set in Seattle or Mystic Falls.

We start with Michael’s George Foreman grill incident and it snowballs from there. The “accidents” are never serious enough to warrant a 9-1-1 call. Michael always makes Pam make the call.
