    Breakfast Just Got an Upgrade With These Tasty Recipes

    1. Gut-Healthy Yogurt Bowl

    What you need:

    • 4-6oz Activia® Strawberry Low-fat Yogurt
    • 2 Tbsp toasted coconut chips/shreds
    • 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
    • 5-6 slices of black plum
    • 2 strawberries, sliced

    Add yogurt into a small bowl and add gut-healthy toppings like coconut, nuts, seeds, and fruit.

    2. Proffee

    What you need:

    • A mix of regular ice cubes + cold brew ice cubes
    • 8oz STōK® Un-Sweet cold brew coffee
    • 4-6oz Oikos® Vanilla Protein Shake

    Combine all ingredients in a tall glass. Enjoy!

    3. Cloud Smoothie

    For the smoothie base:

    • 1.5 cups frozen strawberry slices
    • 1 cup Silk® Unsweet Almondmilk
    • 1/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
    • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 Tbsp cake batter protein powder (or sub strawberry)
    • 1 small banana
    • 2 Tbsp Activia® Proactive Vanilla Yogurt

    For the glass:

    • 3-4 Tbsp Activia® Proactive Vanilla Yogurt
    • ½ tsp butterfly pea flower powder (optional)
    Combine all smoothie base ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth, then set aside.

    Use the back of a spoon to push yogurt onto the sides of a 16-20oz glass, in cloud-like formations every couple of inches. Add the butterfly pea flower powder to the bottom of the glass. Then, pour the smoothie into the cup, filling it up to the top. Use a straw to stir the bottom a bit, so that the butterfly pea flower powder gets swirled around in the bottom quarter of the glass. Enjoy!

    4. PB Coffee

    What you need:

    • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
    • 1/3 cup International Delight® Zero Sugar French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
    • 8-10oz hot brewed coffee
    • A few honey roasted peanut halves, for garnish

    Combine the peanut butter powder and creamer in a small measuring cup. Use a hand frother to combine and froth the mixture.

    Pour hot coffee in a mug, then top with most or all of the frothed creamy mixture. Garnish with honey roasted peanuts.

    5. Strawberry Protein Pancakes

    What you need:

    • 2 ¾ cups pancake mix
    • 5.3oz container of Light n Fit® Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt
    • 1 bottle Vanilla Oikos™ Protein Shake (or sub milk of choice- 12oz)
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 Tbsp ground flax
    • 4-5 large strawberries, sliced
    • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
    Combine the pancake mix, yogurt, protein shake, eggs, and ground flax in a large mixing bowl. Stir until just combined.

    Spray nonstick spray on a medium baking sheet, and then pour the pancake batter evenly into pan. Top with fresh strawberry slices, gently pressing them into the batter. Then, sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries in a thin even layer.

    Bake for 18 min at 375 degrees. Serve with more yogurt and some maple syrup.
