While us plebs have resigned ourselves to the fact that any extravagant vacation plans we had for 2020 are kaput, celebrities looove to remind us that they have all the money in the world to fly private and rent out an entire resort for themselves if they'd like. To which we say:
The latest A-list over-indulgence? Kim Kardashian West's 40th birthday celebration, where she had her friends and family COVID-19 tested, quarantined and then shipped off to a private island. Must. be. nice.
Alas, we are not Kim Kardashian, nor do we have her resources. What we do have is Instagram, and that'll have to be enough for now. These gorgeous resorts are all located on remote, privately-owned islands, and each is more luxurious and serene than the last.
