1. "Lost & Found" by Jorja Smith

Months, I've waited for this. MONTHS. Jorja Smith's "Lost and Found" was almost exactly what I hoped for. "Teenage Fantasy" is an ear-worm, and "Goodbyes" is soulful and wise and will make you want to shed at least a few tears. Her voice is like a younger and higher-pitched Sade, and her Tiny Desk performance speaks more volumes than I ever could.
