Don’t let the mouthbreathers get you down -- “Stranger Things 3” is on its way.
Netflix on Friday posted a teaser video highlighting the start of production on season three of the 80s-themed sci-fi series. Though we didn’t get any actual plotline clues, the vid showed us what we really care about: the entirety of the original cast will be back.
Along with newcomers Jake Busey, Maya Hawke and Cary Elwes, the cast sat down for a table read in Atlanta, and fans were quick to catch on to the significance of the occasion.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, this season will pick up about a year after the last ended, in the summer of 1985. Will Mike and El join the likes of Johnny and Baby in the great romances of the '80s?
The “Stranger Things” kids immediately hopped on social media with the news, and they seem even more excited than I do.
