1. Gin and Tonic
A classic G&T is phase one in your bartending repertoire. Impress friends and/or that person you're not sure if you're dating, and at the very least, save money at the bars!
- Pour 1-2 shots of gin or vodka (think about taste and what the drinker prefers, whether you should make it stronger or more mild)
- Top off with tonic water
- Squeeze some fresh lime up top
- Stir, then garnish with a lime wedge
