Sleeping is hard, guys. Between inhaling the copious amounts of caffeine most of us pump ourselves with daily, living with roommates or simply having too many thoughts running through your mind at the end of the day, getting enough rest is a goal we probably spend way too much time trying to achieve. It can be even harder to get a good night’s sleep, though, when you’re not setting yourself up for success. There are lots of small items you can arm yourself with in an attempt to make your bedroom and body that much more susceptible to that elusive beauty rest.
