Name a more iconic songwriting duo than Lennon/McCartney. I’ll wait. The Beatles have so many songs -- from “Eleanor
Rigby” to “Rocky Raccoon” -- that a dramatic series can bring them to life in a
way that the movies like “Help,” “Yellow Submarine” and even “Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band”
could not. This actually seems like the next logical step in The Beatles empire. Somebody call Sir Paul's people!
