Do You Sleep in on Weekends or Rise Early?

A 2017 study found that sleeping in on the weekends after waking up early during the week can increase your risk for heart disease and diabetes. Known as "social jetlag," this discrepancy between your wake-up times throughout the seven-day week negatively affects your circadian rhythm and wreaks havoc on your body.
