There are few things more soothing than watching an expert put something together, especially (in my humble opinion) when it involves frosting.
The United Kingdom's Royal kitchens shared their gingerbread masterpiece via social media today, from the mixing of the dough to setting the very last sugar tree on the snowy lawn. Her Majesty's staff is in the business of being very good at what they do, so attention to detail is a must. I held my breath while they handled the piping bag, because the frosting decor was very delicate. Like, "20 takes" kind of delicate.
I applaud their talent. Every dessert I attempt to make outside of a slice-and-bake ends up as a fail.
