Over the weekend, New York City officials erected the annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree in Rockefeller Plaza. Though the lighting ceremony won't be open to the usual crowds, the arrival of the tree is a sign of familiarity during a tumultuous year when so many traditions have gone uncelebrated.
