"Now You See It..." (2005)
Magic! This movie was Aly Michalka's debut into the Disney Movie world, followed two years later by "Cow Belles" (which gets an honorable mention because of the falling-down-in-blueberries scene). And I think that may have been the first Disney Channel Original Movie to have an actual makeout scene...?
