If You Can't Solve It, Farm Goats Will Gladly Munch on This Pine Needle Puzzle

Farms across the U.S. are putting calls out over social media for folks to hand over their Christmas trees instead of dumping them on the curb. And, no, they're not offering to be your own personal landfill -- turns out, goats love pine needles! Stephen Murray of Pine Cobble Farm in Massachusetts told the Boston Globe, "You throw it in there and they're like piranhas. It's like a feeding frenzy," and Jenny Ferels from Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo in Michigan told PEOPLE, "They like the taste of the pine needles...[which] have a lot of vitamin C in them, so they're getting some vitamins there, and it's a natural de-wormer for goats, too." Who knew!
