Chloe's "Gotcha" story is a cute one. Back in 2016, a local rescue center was picking up a dog at a high-kill shelter when they noticed a puppy running around the lobby area. At first, they thought the puppy belonged to one of the workers. It turns out that the puppy belonged to the dog they were rescuing. So they scooped Chloe up, too, and put her up for adoption.
