Ever wanted to go out but been too lazy to get dressed? A museum in Paris just made that possible.
2.6 million people in France are naturists who believe in embracing nudity as a social norm, and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris lent them a hand today when they opened their doors for a special nude viewing of its contemporary art exhibits.
In an event that sold out in just two days, 160 museum guests stripped down to amble around the museum during special pre-opening hours to mark the first naturist event of its kind in Paris. The Parisians seem to be taking notes from Austria and Australia, where nude art shows were planned and carried out a few years ago.
Naturists in Paris also have a designated area in the Bois de Vincennes park to live their truth, and a restaurant called O'Naturel opened last year.
Next on the naturist agenda? A nude club night later this year.
