London's Oxford Street Lights up the Holidays With a Sweet Tribute

Ask anyone who's visited London in November and December, and they'll tell you that the holiday lights displays are out of this world. Last night, Oxford Street (one of the capital's very popular shopping spots) lit up in Christmas splendor with a special theme dedicated to acts of kindness shared all over the country this past year.
