Rami Malek may have won Best Actor, and Bradley Cooper may have sang "Shallow" live with Lady Gaga, but Chris Evans was the shining star at last night's Oscars ceremony.
Decked out in his suede Ferragamo suit and bow tie, Evans was front and center most of the night with a face full of luscious beard and enough cheeky grins to go around. When the first major category of the night was announced (Best Supporting Actress went to Regina King), there was Evans, jumping up to offer an arm to King as she stumbled over her (incredible) dress in her excitement to accept her award. Chivalry ain't dead, people!
Then he and Jennifer Lopez presented the award for Best Production Design, and besides the way he adorably celebrated "Black Panther" winning, I just really need to know what the two of them were giggling about here.
Basically, Evans could do no wrong in the eyes of, well, everyone, and he definitely landed a few more fans than he already had. A+ marketing for "Avengers: Endgame."
Chris Evans is the world's boyfriend, and that's that on that.
