A discharge-turned-proposal.
Freddie Gibson was admitted to Boston Medical Center with a heart condition, but amid a COVID-19 influx, his loved ones were unable to visit him during his stay. Upon his discharge, he knew he wanted to surprise his longtime girlfriend Emma, who had gotten him to the hospital in time for doctors to act, and ask her to marry him. Gibson's nurses helped him arrange the proposal, because going above and beyond is just part of why we love nurses.
