Paris's Moulin Rouge Helps Remind Us That We'll all Travel Again, Friends

The famed Moulin Rouge sits on an empty Place Blanche in Paris, France, but it won't stay empty for long. President Emmanuel Macron announced during a press conference on April 13 that while the pandemic lockdown will be extended to May 11, there are plans to ease up on restrictive measures. "Hope is re-emerging," Macron said.
