One of the best things you can do for yourself right now (aside from social distancing -- that's a given) is take care of your mind and body. Outside of our normal routines, we may find it harder to stick to a workout regimen and easier to get out of touch with our self care. Along the same lines, we do have some extra time to spend with ourselves these days, so why not take up something that can benefit your health? Meditation is something that always seems to hit the back burner for a lot of people; it's hard to carve out enough time to get to know it. But let's start!
