Moore, 35, began her trek in Nepal yesterday, documenting the journey on her Instagram stories. She'll likely continue to update her followers during the nine-day trip, which she told People invigorates her. "The moments that you push yourself out of my comfort zone are so fulfilling and nourishing," she said. Moore also hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro last year, an experience that she said helped her discover her "inner mountain girl."
