Do You Make Your Bed Every Morning? According to Science, You Should

As a kid, I hated making my bed, as I'm sure many of you did too. Now that I'm an adult, though, I don't think I could physically leave my house without making it. It leaves me feeling incomplete if it's messy when I leave and disoriented if it's messy when I get home. A recent study found that making your bed each day can actually make you happier, increase productivity, boost confidence and even make you more likely to wake up without an alarm. TBH, we believe it.
