Are You Looking Forward to Pandemic-Themed Films?

A few months ago, I was thrown for a loop when I saw the trailer for "Songbird," which was released on demand in December. Starring KJ Apa, Sofia Carson and Demi Moore, the film goes four years into COVID quarantine and looks terrifying. What shocked me was the speed at which they made this movie once film set restrictions were lifted; the actual content, I expected. There was also the star-studded "Coastal Elites," which is about dealing with quarantine and was shot completely remotely. And now, "Locked Down," a film starring Anne Hathaway and Chiwetel Ejiofor, though a heist is involved, is very much a pandemic film. I believe this isn't the last we'll see of these movies.
