ICYMI, Kylie Jenner (read: the youngest of the original generation of ultra-famous Kardashians) is a billionaire. Like, her personal bank account has a billion dollars in it. While we can't ignore the fact that her accumulation of wealth was massively helped by her family name, her sisters' previous achievements in the beauty industry and the constant speculation about whether or not she's had her lips done, a billion dollars is a billion dollars.
Most of the time, that money is spent throwing extravagant birthday parties for babies, buying expensive dresses just to wear while pretending to check tire pressure and doing promo on skin care that we're not entirely sure is good for our skin. But every now and then, Jenner reaches out to the masses to be a Good (rich) Samaritan.
Like last night, for example. Twitter user Megan Etter took to the social media platform to express her woes about her Kylie Lip Kit being stolen from a bar. Why she's bringing coveted cosmetics along for a night of drinking is beyond me (isn't the stuff good enough that you shouldn't need to reapply during a night out?), but the point is that Jenner responded.
Etter, naturally, was elated.
I can appreciate the cosmetic mogul's JENNERosity (not sorry), even while understanding that it was probably more of a product of boredom on her part. It's not like the youngest ever self-made billionaire is scrolling Twitter looking for fans in need. (And after what happened when her sister Khloé Kardashian was basically forced to send a fan a free pair of Good American jeans, I'd think the family would avoid interactions like this altogether.)
Whatever Jenner's motivations, the response to her benevolence was too good: Followers started seeing what they could get out of her.
Will Jenner come through for all these poor souls?!
