As they do every year, the royal family attended Church service at St. Mary Magdelene, which sits on the grounds of the Queen's Sandringham estate. And each year royal fans line the pathway to the 16th century house of worship, hoping say "Merry Christmas" to Harry, Meghan, Will or Kate.
This was Meghan's second Christmas with the royal family and a wonderful opportunity to stick it to critics who claim she's fighting with Kate.
Kate's coat of choice today was, I believe, a red version of the Catherine Walker coat first seen back in November. Kate wore it in green to mark the centenary of the Armistice at Westminster Abbey. I am also very into her Anne Boleyn-style velvet headband, though something tells me it's a polarizing accessory.
Meghan topped her navy look off with a feather in her cap (literally). It looked like a few people were kinda/sorta psyched to see her:
After Christmas lunch, the royal family will watch the Queen's broadcast when it airs live at 3:00 p.m. local time (it will be available to stream on Youtube thereafter). Watch the video below of Kate and Meghan curtsying to the Queen as she leaves church.
