Wow Us With Your Puzzle Skills the Same Way Kate Middleton Wows Us in This Tiara

Last night the Duchess of Cambridge -- wearing a navy velvet Alexander McQueen gown -- attended a Diplomatic Corps reception at Buckingham Palace. Since the dress code was white tie (read: very fancy) the attire called for tiaras and one's finest jewels. Kate wore Queen Mary's Lover's Knot tiara (a personal favorite of hers) with the Queen's Nizam of Hyderabad necklace and earrings that I believe are also on loan from Her Majesty.

The pins and sash Kate wore mean she is a member of the Royal Victorian Order, while the yellow ribbon and badge pinned to her dress represent the Royal Family Order, a gift the Queen gave Kate last year for her services to the public. Per tradition, only the monarch and those in direct line to the throne (Charles, William and their future consorts) attend the Diplomatic Corps reception, so Harry and Meghan are never expected to be at this engagement.
