Unless you somehow swindled your way into a job down the street from your apartment, you commute. It’s one of the many necessary evils that comes with being an adult -- or just being a person, really. Trust me, I used to drive 35 minutes (plus traffic) to get to my first part-time job in high school
No matter how you commute (sitting in traffic, waiting for public transportation, walking three miles uphill in the snow), it’s a headache waiting to happen. I’ll throw a spoiler out there: there isn’t really a way to be OK with commuting when you consider everything that comes along with it, but let me try to help you out.
