Kalamata
This olive variety is the king when it comes to Greek recipes. If you've ever been to Greece or even a Greek restaurant, you've likely snacked on these a fair bit. They're hard to miss with their deep purpose color, and are typically preserved in red wine vinegar or red wine.
How to use them: These are our personal favorite -- put them on a Greek salad or use as an addition to your next charcuterie board for a salty snack.
