Drunk Yoga: Bendy Buzz or Good-for-Nothing Gimmick?

Want to sip while you stretch? So do a lot of other people, apparently. Eli Walker, a 29-year-old yogi and actress, created Drunk Yoga in 2017, and it's exactly what it sounds like: getting limber with libations. Her classes are 90 minutes long and limited to two glasses of white, red or sparkling wine per session, but she's nevertheless gained herself a following. You'll hold a chair pose while balancing your cup on your head and jam to "Don’t Worry, Be Happy," but it's a yoga class in essence. Walker has been hit with some criticism, though -- hardcore yogis tell her she's ruining yoga with the idea, but I'm sure a bachelorette party or two would disagree.
