Anyone who says that dogs aren't the purest and smartest creatures are simply wrong. Dolphins? Move along.
A new video on Twitter shows an unknown owner showing their three pups photos they'd previously taken. Upon seeing the photos, the dogs automatically move into the exact pose the see in the pictures -- and it's a more impressive performance than the average toddler can achieve.
Recreating photos is a trend that transcends platforms. On TikTok, for example, families were pulling out props and costumes to freeze-frame themselves into old snapshots of themselves, set to the tune of "I'm Just a Kid" by Simple Plan:
Celebs, too, like Kelly Ripa, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Kate Beckinsale, get a kick out of redoing iconic family photos (a pic of just you and your siblings makes a great Mother's Day gift, BTW):
Meanwhile, dogs have been able to get in on this trend the whole time. And be cuter while doing it!
There are skeptics in the video's comments saying the clip is simply being played backward, and that the dogs posed before the photo was shown to the camera. Personally, I reject this notion and will carry on with my opinion that this is just another example of how dogs are better than humans.
