1. Soften sheets
Disclaimer: you should be buying nice sheets. They’re better for your skin, last way longer and naturally are more comfortable. But, I admittedly do not like the look of a $50 price tag for bed sheets. So I went on a quest to find a way to soften my sheets without smelly and environmentally-killing fabric softener. Baking soda and vinegar of course! Put your sheets in the washer. Add a cup of baking soda and a half cup of vinegar then wash and dry as normal. This isn’t going to turn them into egyptian cotton, but it does really help to soften the tough fibers.
