How Is This Couple Spending Their Time Quarantined in a Castle?

When Ashford Castle, a 5-star hotel in County Mayo, Ireland dating back to 1228, closed in March, the general manager asked activities manager Michael Smith and his girlfriend Laura Jamieson, who's in charge of guest services, to move in and keep the place running while they awaited the day they could again invite guests in. Safe to say they've had their fun quarantining at the estate. The castle is set to reopen July 2, but Smith and Jamieson told CNN they've been avoiding the subject of eviction.
