I never thought that going a couple of months without a salon pedicure would affect me so extensively, but here I am with calloused heels and toes wondering what to do. Maybe it's because I'm wearing shoes a lot less (it's slippers or bare feet only when I'm at home), or maybe it has something to do with the million jumping jacks, burpees and mountain climbers I'm doing without sneakers in an attempt to complete home workouts.
