1. “The Favorite Sister” by Jessica Knoll
Though not as strong as Knoll’s debut, “Luckiest Girl Alive,” this female-driven novel finds five entreprenuerial (read: rich) women amid a reality television show that ultimately finds them in the midst of murder. It’s ultra-modern, dealing with sexuality, feminism and the illusion of a “brand” with a sprinkling of infidelity, blackmail and snark. Read here!
