Paid Vacation
It's one thing to get vacation days (though it's worth mentioning that the average worker in the United States gets 10, while many countries in Europe give 20). There are some companies, however, who actually pay their employees to take a vacation. Airbnb, for example, gives its employees a $2,000 stipend each year to travel around the world -- and, of course, stay in an Airbnb of their choice.
