First thing's first -- protect your skin. All of it. Don’t forget the part of your hair and the back of your knees. An ounce (the size of a shot glass) is the ideal amount for complete coverage. This everyday sunscreen will keep you covered, but is also sweat and waterproof, so you can still play a round of volleyball and go for a swim without worrying. Just don’t forget to reapply.
