I came across the most darling video on my Twitter feed this morning. It features Bradley, a baby kangaroo, learning how to hop at The Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs, Australia. The sanctuary began as a baby kangaroo rescue effort in 2005. By 2011, it was able to welcome adults as well to its 188-acre property.
With a little help from his trainer, Bradley hippity hops towards the safety of a cozy pouch, into which he dives head-first:
The video, originally posted on Reddit, is from earlier this year, butI don't care if it's from the Prohibition era; I would watch videos of Bradley and other tiniest babiest kangaroos hopping into pouches all the live-long day.
Ooh, another lil' baby roo:
I've fallen down the sanctuary's Facebook rabbit hole. Please enjoy a photo of Roger eating an ear of corn:
Then there's Larry. Larry's a bit flatulent but he loves kisses.
