Has Working out at Home Helped Keep Your Fitness Goals on Track?

Even though gyms are beginning to reopen in select parts of the country, a lot of us have been doing at-home workouts for a couple of months now. And as much as we enjoy the endorphins that result from a good sweat sesh, I think we can all agree that we'll lose our minds if we do another burpee. That said, with nowhere to go, no one to see and not much to do, it's possible that you may have bettered your workout routine even with the absence of a gym. Motivation is all in your head, after all!
