When I was younger, I used to beg my mom to get the Oreo O's and Reese's Puffs cereal. It was like eating dessert for breakfast and I was here 👏for 👏it. In middle and high school I would eat multiple bowls of Lucky Charms and Frosted Flakes without thinking twice. But now that my metabolism has slowed down, I've had to be more judicious about my sugar intake, thus leaving the sugary cereals behind.
However, I've been pleasantly surprised -- almost overwhelmed -- by the cereal choices. Do I go for the cardboard-esque Kix or the more flavorful Special K? Or both?
