Amy Adams is nominated for a major award...again. The 45-year-old actress is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in the Limited Series or Movie category for HBO's "Sharp Objects" at the Primetime Emmy Awards tonight, but we've all been here before. We know that Adams has done amazing work throughout her career, but her professional recognition has been lacking. Of the six Academy Awards she's been nominated for, she hasn't been able to snag a single win -- perhaps the Emmys will be Adams' breakthrough!
